Teri Vlassopoulos is a native Torontonian who now lives and writes in Montreal. For over ten years she wrote, photocopied, stapled, and sometimes sewed the zines Melt the Snow and The Second Part. This story appears in Bats or Swallows (Invisible Publishing), which is her first book.
