Sharon Butala is a bestselling and prize-winning author who has published twenty books of fiction and nonfiction, has had five plays produced and has also published articles, essays and poetry. She is an Officer in the Order of Canada as having been inducted into the Saskatchewan Order of Merit. Her latest books are Where I Live Now , a memoir published by Simon and Schuster, (2017) and Zara's Dead, a mystery (Coteau Books, 2018).
