Sean Gill is writer and filmmaker from Akron, Ohio who won the 2016 Sonora Review Fiction Prize, the 2017 River Styx Micro-Fiction Contest, and The Cincinnati Review's 2017 Robert and Adele Schiff Award in Prose. He studied with Werner Herzog, documented public defenders for National Geographic, and graduated from Oberlin College with the Comfort Starr Prize in History.
