Renee Simms is a writer of fiction and nonfiction. Her stories and essays appear in All About Skin: Short Fiction by Women of Color (University of Wisconsin Press 2014), Salon, Hawai’i Review, North American Review, Full Grown People and elsewhere. Her fiction has been supported by fellowships from Vermont Studio Center, PEN Center, VONA, and Kimbilio Fiction.
