Nicole Baute is a writer living in Toronto’s east end. She’s the co-editor of EAT IT, a literary cookbook of food, sex and feminism due out this year, and recently completed the Humber School for Writers fiction program. Before that, she spent three years running around with a notebook for the Toronto Star.
