Leah Bailly is originally from Canada, and after many years abroad, currently lives in Los Angeles. Her work has appeared in PANK, The Collagist, Diagram, Hobart, Prism International, and has won grants from the Canada Council for the Arts and the Alberta Foundation for the Arts. She is currently at work on a PhD in Creative Writing and Literature from the University of Southern California. This story is from a collection called The Vegaboy Chronicles.
