Joel Tomfohr’s writing has appeared in

Hobart, and others. He is currently a member of the SF Writers Grotto and this fall he will spend a week at The Desert House near Joshua Tree National Park as an artist-in-residence. He has held other residences at The Wellstone Center in the Redwoods in Soquel, CA, The Culture Center in New York Mills, MN, and The Vermont Studio Center. He was an Affiliate Artist at The Headlands Center for the Arts in 2014-15. You can find him online at
