Hal Niedzviecki

Hal Niedzviecki is the author of eight books including the upcoming collection of short stories Look Down, This is Where it Must Have Happened (City Lights, April 2011), where this story also appears, and the nonfiction book The Peep Diaries: How We’re Learning to Love Watching Ourselves and Our Neighbors. A writer, culture commentator and editor, Niedzviecki holds a BA in Philosophy and English Literature from the University of Toronto and an MFA in Creative Writing from Bard College. He is the current fiction editor and the founder of Broken Pencil, the magazine of zine culture and the independent arts (http://www.brokenpencil.com).
