Deepa Shankaran is a Toronto-based writer and editor. Her short fiction has appeared in several journals, including Event Magazine, The Antigonish Review, and The Rusty Toque, and she has been a finalist in the Toronto Star Short Story Contest. She is
currently at work on a collection of linked short stories.
